beautifully into this inner-urban neighbourhood. Every
apartment is cross-ventilated with aspects to both the
central courtyard and the streetscape. A mix of 1, 2 and 3
bedroom apartments are housed in four separate buildings
surrounding a common courtyard, all with direct access to
the underground carparks.
Development outcomes:
Waltcorp's project marketing initiatives for Atlas were
highly successful; 'soft launch' network marketing and the
construction of a full scale display apartment and sales
suite contributed to achieving 70% pre-sales prior to
public launch. The balance of apartments sold out within
three months of completion. Atlas again demonstrated
Waltcorp's skill in identifying evolving neighbourhoods
with strong un-met demand and excellent growth
prospects.
